Job summary

Serco Inc. invites applications for a GeoBase Data Analyst to support Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. You will maintain authoritative GeoBase datasets, perform GIS QA/QC, and help transition data from Navy to Air Force systems including ACES and NexGen IT.

The role emphasizes data quality, collaboration with engineering stakeholders, and producing actionable geospatial products for asset management, investment planning, and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Three+ years GIS experience.
• Experience managing geospatial data for facilities, utilities, pavements, or real-property portfolios.
• Experience performing GIS QA/QC, topology checks, attribute validation, and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Support GeoBase data management and infrastructure planning analysis.
• Assist with transferring real-property and engineering docs from Navy to Air Force systems.
• Clean, validate, transform, migrate, and reconcile GeoBase datasets for Air Force use.
