Esri is seeking a GIS subject matter expert to advise customers on complex business challenges using Esri software. You will identify the right analysis tools, demonstrate value, and communicate clearly how GIS reveals patterns and insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with Esri tech: maps, spatial analytics, web apps
• 1+ years in transportation industry
• IT context for ArcGIS (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, cloud)
• Experience in technical consulting and solution design; understand sales processes
• Experience with geodatabases and DBMS tech
• Knowledge of cloud concepts (Azure or AWS)
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and listening skills
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically/internationally
• Bachelor's degree in geography, CS, or related field

Responsibilities

• Build relationships; present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software as part of the account team
• Be an expert; become subject matter expert of transportation and ArcGIS; communicate Esri message
• Proactively craft and propose GIS-based solutions that deliver business value
• Tell our story; design and deliver technical demos and best practices for deployment and administration of Esri tech
