Job summary

Esri is seeking a GIS subject matter expert to advise customers on complex geospatial challenges. You will join an account team and demonstrate the value of GIS—identifying patterns, trends, and insights that help solve business problems.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps and spatial analysis.
1+ years of experience working in or supporting state or local government.
Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud).
Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design plus sales and business development awareness.

Responsibilities

Build relationships. Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team.
Be an expert. Become a subject matter expert of state and local government and ArcGIS; communicate Esri value.
Solve problems. Proactively craft and propose GIS-based solutions addressing client challenges.
