Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior leader to drive GIS Learning & Development, translating business priorities into scalable programs. You will partner with HR, GIS leaders, and the Academy to build capability-building initiatives, leadership development, and cybersecurity-focused training in a rapidly changing tech environment.

You will oversee program governance, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a highly matrixed, fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of talent development, leadership development, workforce planning, and enterprise capability-building practices.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, risk, or operational organizations.
• Ability to align learning and development strategies with business objectives.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and drive execution from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS Learning & Development strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and oversight for learning performance.
• Ensure adherence to mandatory, regulatory, and enterprise training programs.
• Define learning priorities and capability-building strategies with stakeholders.
• Drive workforce development across cybersecurity, technology, leadership, and professional skills.
• Oversee learning roadmaps, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives from needs assessment to measurement.
• Analyze workforce capabilities to identify skill gaps and improve readiness.
• Manage relationships with learning partners, vendors, and educational institutions.
• Provide executive reporting and promote a culture of continuous learning.
