Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Willing to travel 5–10%.
• Flexible schedule; hours May vary; 7 AM–5 PM Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assists in collecting geospatial data from satellite imagery, utilities, aerial photos, and field surveys.
• Organizes and cleans databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Performs spatial analysis using GIS to analyze patterns, relationships, and trends.
• Creates maps and visualizations using GIS software; designs layouts and labeling.
• Performs QA checks on GIS data and outputs for accuracy.
• Documents workflows and prepares technical reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Real Estate, Facilities, Risk, and Marketing teams.
