Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity or aptitude for field data collection, inspections, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect GPS data for utility assets.
• Assist with placement and recovery of traffic counters across WV.
• Inspect utility and customer service line materials.
• Interact with utility customers to explain visits and address questions.
• Use handheld GPS devices and other equipment to gather data.
• Document and report findings accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team to ensure data integrity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in the field.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
