Burlington Stores is seeking a Real Estate Strategy & GIS Analyst to support growth through geospatial analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decisions. You will evaluate store opportunities, perform GIS-based analyses, and automate workflows with Python/SQL to drive portfolio optimization and long-term market planning.

The role requires a quantitative background, 1–3 years of data analysis experience, and strong skills in GIS, Python, SQL, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of data analysis experience.
• Familiarity with GIS and competitor analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate store performance and identify key drivers of success.
• Use GIS for geographic and demographic analysis of store locations.
• Manage relational databases and automate tasks with Python/SQL.
