Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, CS, Data Science, IS, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on GIS analysis and spatial modeling.
• Strong expertise with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proficiency in Python for geospatial analysis, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Alteryx workflows for data integration and GIS database updates.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain geospatial models to support site selection and retail analytics.
• Apply predictive, suitability, clustering, and ML-assisted analyses to market opportunities.
• Translate business questions into scalable spatial and analytical models for enterprise decisions.
• Evaluate store networks, market coverage, and customer access across a multi-site footprint.
• Integrate Alteryx workflows with Python and ArcGIS tools to create automated analytics pipelines.
• Monitor, optimize, and document workflows ensuring reliability and data governance.
• Create, publish, and maintain web maps and dashboards using ArcGIS tools.
• Support ad hoc spatial analysis for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with data vendors and manage SQL-based GIS databases for modeling needs.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, IT, and Analytics teams; share technical documentation.
