Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a GIS Coordinator to support its HPC data center and energy infrastructure portfolio. You will coordinate GIS data between Keel and third‑party vendors, manage data deliverables, and ensure accuracy and conformance across project lifecycles.

Proficiency in ArcGIS and AutoCAD, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams are essential. Some travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience with GIS data and coordinating with vendors or survey providers.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with ArcGIS software (ArcGIS Pro/Online/Enterprise).
• Experience with AutoCAD and reviewing vendor drawings/data.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with data accuracy.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GIS data between the company and third‑party vendors and consultants.
• Request, track, and review GIS data deliverables across projects.
• Ensure data requirements and formatting standards are met before acceptance.
• Coordinate vendor data collection schedules with project milestones.
• Review incoming GIS/CAD data for completeness and conformance.
• Maintain records of vendor data deliverables and logs.
• Support integration of vendor data into internal GIS systems and participate in status meetings.
