Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a GIS Coordinator to support large-scale energy generation and transmission projects in North America. You will focus on data capture, real-time reporting, and geoprocessing to deliver GIS solutions for engineers, PMs, and field teams.

Join an interdisciplinary team and leverage ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Survey123, and Field Maps to build reliable workflows, perform QA/QC, and provide training.

Qualifications

• GIS Certification and/or Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience using ArcGIS in a GIS Technician (or equivalent) role.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain GIS data capture/tracking projects.
• Coordinate data capture techniques using ArcGIS Survey123 and Field Maps.
• Interface with clients and project management to determine project needs.
• Write and manage Python scripts for automation of workflows.
• Provide daily technical support to field staff.
