Job summary
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a client-focused GIS professional to join our collaborative and innovative GIS team in Tampa. You will use ESRI GIS software to manage data, perform spatial analyses, and publish maps, dashboards, and GIS applications in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
The role involves coordinating with project teams, maintaining geospatial databases, supporting field data collection workflows, and communicating findings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ESRI GIS software and related tools
- Experience collecting and managing geospatial data
- Supporting field data collection workflows and data integration
- Cartographic principles and visualization techniques
- Experience with municipal GIS projects
Responsibilities
- Utilizing ESRI GIS software to manage, analyze, and visualize data
- Publishing, configuring, and maintaining web maps, hosted feature layers, dashboards, and GIS applications
- Conducting spatial analysis to support municipal projects
- Creating high-quality maps and interactive web applications
- Collaborating to design and maintain geospatial databases
- Assisting in geospatial workflows and standards
- Communicating GIS findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
