Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in GIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Understanding coordinate systems and map projections.
• Data formatting and maintenance using MS Excel or Access.
• Entry-level GIS data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Generate maps and reports using ESRI GIS software or database systems.
• Data entry, maintenance, and QA on GIS datasets.
• Support data collection and basic spatial data conversion.
• Basic testing to ensure GIS tools meet standards.
• Develop and maintain geospatial databases with features and domains.
• Provide first-level GIS support to field staff.
• Assist in GIS projects supporting compliance and operations.
• Follow guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform basic geospatial analyses and queries to support decisions.
