Job summary

DT Midstream, Inc. is seeking a GIS Analyst (Land) to develop geospatial products supporting pipeline projects, design, permitting and right-of-way activities in Canonsburg, PA (or Tulsa, OK).

The role requires proficiency in GIS concepts and collaboration with other GIS staff to meet project objectives. You will create maps, maintain GIS data in ESRI environments, and contribute to timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field.
• Proficient with ESRI ArcGIS Pro and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GIS data in a branch versioned ESRI ArcGIS enterprise geodatabase.
• Knowledge of pipeline routing, ROW acquisition, permitting, and related data.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate GIS data needed for maps/exhibits such as limits of disturbance (LODs), workspaces, access roads, haul routes, etc.
• Produce FERC and non-FERC project maps/exhibits such as permission to survey (PTS), landowner right-of-way, 2.55(b), environmental desktop review (EDR), landowner notification, etc.
• Efficiently and dependably complete pipeline/facility GIS assignments within project timelines.
• Communicate GIS requests and updates in project meetings
• Identify missing data, data differences, or project concerns and work with applicable DTM teams on solutions
• Create and maintain reports or summaries from project GIS data and distribute to applicable DT Midstream teams
