Responsibilities

• Review and screen One Call locate requests and contact excavators.
• Interpret GIS mapping layers (centerline, operational areas) using ticket systems.
• Support and optimize ticket-management configurations to improve efficiency.
• Dispatch emergency One Call tickets and notify Operations during business hours.
• Prepare documentation for state/federal inspections and regulatory audits.
