Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Surveying, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Online.
• Basic understanding of spatial data formats, coordinate systems, and projections.
• Strong attention to detail and data organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain geodatabases, feature classes, and spatial data models.
• Develop and maintain interactive maps, dashboards, and web mapping apps using ArcGIS Online/Portal and related tools.
• Process, QA/QC, and integrate field survey data and third-party datasets into GIS systems.
• Configure and manage Field Maps and Survey123 for field data collection.
• Produce accurate maps, exhibits, and geospatial deliverables for client and internal projects.
• Automate recurring data workflows using Python, ArcPy, or Model Builder to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with survey, drafting, and drone teams to ensure geospatial data supports downstream deliverables.
• Support development of new GIS service offerings.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, field crews, and clients on data needs.
