Requirement: GIS Analyst

Job Description: Forge Group, LLC. requires a GIS Analyst to become part of dynamic team supporting Department of Defense customers. The project is to develop GIS data and information that will be provided to the DoD installations and used for emergency response systems. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GIS Analyst with strong proficiency in Esri software (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, etc.) to support spatial data analysis, mapping, and geospatial project development. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality GIS data and solutions that support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

• Develop, maintain, and analyze spatial datasets using Esri tools.
• Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and data modeling to support project goals.
• Review and update GIS data layers, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and manage spatial databases and data models.
• Document methodologies, metadata, and procedures for GIS processes.
• Create high-quality maps, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide detailed time and sizing estimates for technical tasking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and industry trends.
• Maintain Active Security Clearance.
