SABG, supporting the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, seeks a GIS Analyst to manage geospatial data, maps, and tools for base planning and engineering. This on-site role emphasizes quality control, data maintenance, and technical support to users.
Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of SDS/FGDC standards and proficiency in GIS software and MS Office. On-site work at Schriever AFB is required.
Brief Description SABG is hiring a GIS Analyst to support Engineering Support Services for the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron (50 CES) at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Minimal to none. This position is performed on-site at Schriever Space Force Base.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret geospatial data standards and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and technical documentation related to geospatial data products. Ability to effectively present mapping products and respond to questions from installation organizations.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, including geospatial measurement and scale conversions.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
