Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing meetings for prospects and encourage participation.
• Assist with assessing players' skills and assigning positions.
• Assist with creating regular practice schedules for individual and team development.
• Coach players on rules, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
• Observe players and report needs for improvement to Head Coach.
• Assist with game strategy development based on team capabilities.
• Maintain standards of student-athlete behavior and supervision.
• Monitor academic performance to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
