Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• Previous successful playing and/or coaching experience required.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Concussion Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Model the behaviors outlined in the National Federation Coaches Code of Ethics.
• Have full control of the team in all matters pertaining to coaching.
• Supervise assistant coaches and volunteers.
• Develop and establish coaching philosophy.
