RW Combs Elementary is seeking a passionate Girls Volleyball Coach for the upcoming seasonal program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball, a love for teaching young athletes, and the ability to foster teamwork and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities include planning practices, developing game strategies, organizing matches, and promoting a positive, inclusive environment while ensuring a fun experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching volleyball, preferably youth or high school level.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate young athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check clearance as required by school policies.
• Availability to commit to the entire season, including practices, games, and events.
