Qualifications

• Knowledge of policies, regulations, and procedures pertaining to the interscholastic sports program.
• Understanding of methods, techniques, procedures, and strategies for effective interscholastic sports program development.
• Familiarity with the goals and objectives of public education.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and participate in the school site interscholastic sports program.
• Establish performance criteria for competition and evaluate students’ athletic abilities.
• Maintain a consistent, positive, disciplined, and competitive program for all students.
• Observe and supervise the team during practices and games.
• Enforce rules and safety policies for players' health and training.
• Work with the Head Coach to ensure continuity and smooth operation.
