Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Experience coaching or playing squash at high school/college level.
  • Experience in an academic institution preferred.
  • Experience working with adolescents in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions.
  • Provide training direction, encouragement, and motivation to prepare athletes for games and tours.
  • Keep abreast of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to squash.
  • Adjust coaching techniques based on the strengths and weaknesses of athletes.
  • Instruct individuals or groups in rules, game strategies, and performance principles.
  • Evaluate athletes' skills and review performance records to assess fitness and potential.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
