Job summary

Bourbon County High School in Paris, Kentucky seeks a Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead the program and develop student-athletes. The role reports to the Athletic Director and involves coordinating with the Principal, with duties spanning planning, practice supervision, and game management.

Qualifications

• Level I or Level II Coach per KHSAA guidelines.
• Ability to organize and supervise a sports team.
• Previous playing and/or coaching experience; college level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental soccer skills, strategy and conditioning.
• Supervise and support head and assistant coaches; coordinate with Athletic Director and Principal.
• Maintain discipline and promote sportsmanship, safety and positive conduct.
