Job summary

Qualifications

• Level I or II Coach (KHSAA guidelines).
• Ability to organize and supervise a sports team.
• Previous playing and/or coaching experience (college level preferred).
• CPR Certification (every 2 years).
• Rules Clinic (yearly).
• Medical Symposium (every 2 years).
• Coaches Certification.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and fitness for individual and team success.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director and Principal on program objectives and evaluation.
• Supervise head coach duties and support assistant/middle school coaches.
• Ensure sportsmanship and student development alongside academic performance.
