Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college is preferred; coaching experience required.
Current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification, Online Concussion Education Certification, Online Implicit Bias Education Certification, and MIAA Coaches Education Requirements.
Completion of CORI Form and fingerprinting background check is required.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Coach and collaborate with Athletic Management on program needs.
Help with equipment security, upkeep, and coordination of practices and games.
Ensure players and coaches follow MIAA rules and safety guidelines.
Engage in clinics to improve coaching knowledge and participate in child safety measures.
Support the college application guidance and facilitate outreach to parents and community.
