Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
  • Prior leadership or administrative experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Orthodox Jewish values and Torah education.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead with empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead girls’ high school and middle school as principal, supporting students, faculty, and families.
  • Oversee curriculum alignment of Judaic and general studies.
  • Foster professional growth through observations and feedback.
  • Engage with parents and community to promote school mission.
  • Plan events and programs consistent with religious and academic goals.
