Job summary

Pace-Center-For-Girl is seeking an Educational Assistant to support Teacher Advisors in academics and classroom activities. You will provide remedial or tutoring support tailored to individual needs and help implement lesson plans.

The role requires evenings and weekends as workload dictates, along with a background check and adherence to agency ethics. Strong computer and data-entry skills are valued for daily system entries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience using personal computers and database software.

Responsibilities

Assist students individually or in groups with assignments to reinforce learning concepts.
Administer and grade examinations and organize student papers.
Follow lesson plans and supervise class when teacher is absent.
Assist with state testing and ensure compliance with regulations.
Participate in parent conferences as needed.
Enter data in ETO and other school information systems as assigned.
Support teachers during field trips and after-hours activities.
Interact with volunteers to support program activities.
