Job summary

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is seeking a Girls Diving Coach for the upcoming fall season in 2026. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, experience in coaching, and an availability compatible with school schedules. Responsibilities include managing equipment, organizing the sport, and overseeing awards.

This position also requires good verbal communication and the ability to work with parents and children. CPR and First Aid training are preferred. Salary is according to the Master Agreement - Schedule "B".

Qualifications

• Experience in high school level coaching or playing at college/university level in the sport.
• Schedule compatible with high school timings.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire organization of the assigned sport.
• Manage all sports equipment and inventory.
• Oversee awards presented and prepare a season summary.
• Perform tasks as assigned.

Skills

Experience in coaching or playing at college/university level

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

REPORTS TO: Assistant Principal of Activities and Athletics

RATE OF PAY: According to the Master Agreement - Schedule "B"

BEGINNING DATE: 2026 Fall season

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The coach will be responsible for the entire organization of the sport to which he/she is assigned.
• The coach will be directly responsible for all equipment in his/her sport. A complete inventory of all equipment will be filed with the director at the end of each season.
• The coach will be responsible for all awards presented in his/her sport and a season summary.
• Bending, lifting, and overhead work required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

EVALUATION

Performance of this position will be evaluated annually.
