Champaign Unit 4 Schools in Champaign, IL, is seeking a Girls Diving Assistant Coach for the 2026-2027 season at Central High School. This differential position requires IHSA coaching certification or an IL Educator License and a strong ability to develop student-athletes.

The season runs mid-August through November, with games and practices scheduled evenings and weekends. Employment is on an at-will basis with compensation per the CBA, and questions may be directed to the Athletic Director or

Qualifications

• Coaching certification as regulated by IHSA or IL Educator License.
• Strong knowledge of the sport and ability to teach student-athletes.
• Ability to build relationships and be a positive role model.
• Effective communication with students and adults.
• Willingness to work nights, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel with the team to different locations as needed.
