Responsibilities

• Oversee all levels of the Girls' Basketball program, fostering a positive, inclusive, and academically successful team culture.
• Plan and conduct effective practices, focusing on skill development, team strategies, and physical conditioning.
• Develop game plans and make strategic in-game decisions.
• Mentor student-athletes, monitor academic progress, and assist with college recruitment.
• Manage equipment, budget, travel, and maintain program records.
• Ensure adherence to all school, district, and athletic association rules and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and participate in fundraising efforts.
• Build relationships with youth basketball organizations to support long-term program growth.
• Organize and coach the team's involvement in a competitive summer league.
• Implement comprehensive off-season strength, conditioning, and skill development programs.
