Job summary

Union Colony Preparatory School in Colorado seeks a Head Girls High School Soccer Coach to build a competitive program and mentor student athletes.

The candidate will organize a full sports program, apply coaching or playing experience, and utilize strong technical knowledge while exploring new theories to advance the sport. You will report to the athletic director and supervise staff in conjunction with the principal.

Qualifications

• Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching or playing experience.
• The head coach must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and keep up with new theories.
• Must serve as a role model for student athletes through instructions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for success.
• Coordinate and supervise a staff of high school and middle school coaches with the athletic director and principal.
• Lead by example to promote character development, self discipline and team pride.
