Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking drivers to join our team in Gila County, AZ. Training classes start weekly.

You will provide safe transportation, assist with loading, and ensure on-time pickups while delivering exceptional customer service to riders, including older adults and individuals with disabilities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Arizona license, 5 years of driving history, and successful background checks including a DOT pre-employment screening when applicable.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Valid Arizona Driver's license.
Minimum of 5 years driving history.
No pending charges.
No convicted felony charges in past 7 years.
No DUI or DWI convictions.
Must pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record investigation.
Must pass a DOT physical if over age 65 including a pre-employment drug screening.
Valid Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and reliable transportation.
Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
Assist with mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols.
Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of the customer.
Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required.
Complete paperwork as required.
Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
