Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a construction operations leader to run multi-site, gigawatt-scale projects, focusing on cost, schedule, quality and safety. You will coordinate GC's, self-perform crews, and internal teams to maintain a smooth operating rhythm.

Successful candidates will have experience delivering large industrial or mission-critical builds, read P6 schedules, and drive constructability feedback into design. This is a high‑intensity role with equity in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• Experience running construction operations across large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read and critique P6 schedules and identify non-real float.
• Ability to translate field lessons into standard practices for future projects.
• Decision-making with incomplete information and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run construction operations across multiple gigawatt-scale sites; manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Set rhythm between GCs, self-perform crews, and internal teams to surface blockers early.
• Standardize playbooks across sites to improve speed and quality on repeat builds.
• Feed constructability feedback into design and manufacturing to prevent field issues.
