Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on professional to coordinate tenant improvement construction at our factory site. You will serve as the daily liaison between our teams and the general contractor, ensuring smooth handovers and adherence to the production ramp schedule.

You will manage RFI logs, submittals, and change orders, keeping documentation current to keep projects on track and avoiding production interruptions. This role requires on-site presence and strong organization.

Qualifications

• You’ve coordinated commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side.
• You’ve managed TI work inside an operating facility without stopping production.
• You keep RFI and submittal logs current enough to run the job from.

• Run the punch and turnover process so operations gets space that actually works.
