Responsibilities

• Fosters a consultative relationship with the client across management levels to understand business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Develops and executes recruiting strategies to meet fill rate goals.
• Anticipates local talent market to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Delivers new hire orientations for clients.
• Runs reports to identify workforce challenges and collaborates with the client to solve them.
• Audits onboarding requirements and confirms start requirements are met.
• Ensures a high fill rate and communicates workforce needs with the client.
• Participates in client forecasting meetings and stays informed of business needs.
• Manages daily fill rate, time clock accuracy, and communication with Gig workers and client.
• Documents and investigates safety incidents and participates in client meetings.
• Handles workers' comp claims and unemployment documentation.
• Initiates client relationship mapping as needed.
• Coaches associates on policies and leads investigations.
