Job summary

Tacoma Screw Products is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler for a swing shift in Gig Harbor. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing inventory, working at a picking/packing station, and collaborating with the team to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a pay range of $20.00–$26.00 per hour and a discretionary year-end bonus. This full-time, in-person position runs 2pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly, with

Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, in-person.
• Monday to Friday, hours 2pm - 10:30pm
• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MaterialHandler who excels in a fast-paced, engagedenvironment. Our ideal candidate is proactive, organized, andtakes pride in ensuring inventory is accurately received, stored, anddistributed. This role requires a strong team playerwith the ability to work both independently andcollaboratively to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

This role will be based in our Gig Harbor Warehouse.

A Day in the Life:

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping operationsrunning smoothly by handling a variety of tasks, including processingstock, picking and packing orders, shipping, and maintaining warehouseorganization. This role requires constant hands-on tasks and attentionto detail, as you’ll be frequently walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.),bending, pushing/pulling, and occasionally using ladders to retrieve products.

This role will work at a picking/packing station and alternate withvoice pick.

Schedule:

• Full Time / 40 hours per week
• Optional Overtime
