Qualifications

• 1+ years of heavy cash-handling, banking teller, or retail bookkeeping experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math aptitude, 10-key proficiency, and high integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a secure cash office and meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Till Management: Issue starting cash funds to front-end cashiers, and count down their drawers at the end of their shifts to ensure perfect balance.
• Banking Operations: Prepare and verify daily secure bank deposits, coordinating with armored car services for safe and timely pickups.
• Petty Cash & Expenses: Manage the store's petty cash fund, reimbursing associates for approved small store purchases and maintaining receipts.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Research instances of cash over/short, reviewing register journals and CCTV footage to identify the source of the error.
