Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or Desktop Pro.
• QuickBooks certification.
• Bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Inventory accounting and job costing.
• Month-end close.
• Journal entries.
• Sales tax.
• Payroll coordination with Gusto.
• Commissions.
• Fixed assets.
• Experience working with CPA.

Aufgaben

• Handle full-charge bookkeeping including AR/AP, payroll, GL, bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare and review final financial statements.
• Manage inventory reports and job costing.
• Handle sales tax and payroll processing.
• Coordinate with CPA and support year-end activities.
