People Incorporated Mental Health Services seeks a full-time Gifts Officer to join our Development Team, building relationships with prospects and donors across annual giving, major gifts, and estate/planned giving to advance our mission.
Based in Eagan with some community travel and occasional remote work, you will steward donors, manage records, and help plan events and campaigns that strengthen support for mental health services.
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a full-time Gifts Officer to join our Development Team! The Gifts Officer is responsible for building relationships with prospects and current donors who have the capacity and/or interest in donating to People Incorporated. The relationship consists of, but is not limited by, stewardship of financial gifts in the form of general donations, legacy gifts, multiple year gifts, estate/planned giving, annual fund gifts and other complex gift arrangements.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours, with flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend donor events
Location: Regular presence is required at People Incorporated’s main office in Eagan. This position will also be mobile in the community and have some flexibility to work remotely part-time.
Hiring Range: $72,000 - $78,500 annual salary plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates
