Job summary

The Limestone County Board of Education is seeking a Gifted Education Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to identified gifted students. You will design curricula, implement innovative teaching using technology, and monitor student progress within the district’s gifted program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Alabama teaching certificate in Special Education/Gifted.
• Previous successful teaching experience.
• Possess and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum for gifted students.
• Ability to identify and solve problems as a productive team member.
• Ability to use technology to communicate, plan, instruct, manage data, and submit reports.
