Responsibilities

• Establishes a positive classroom climate and manages gifted instruction effectively.
• Models appropriate use of technology for students and staff.
• Plans lessons in concert with established curriculum.
• Evaluates student progress and grades accordingly.
• Maintains gifted records and participates in meetings.
• Attends state and local staff development programs to improve performance.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding school matters.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the principal.
