Job summary

B&G Foods is hiring for a customer-focused retail team member in the United States. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and handle in-store sales at the cash register, including telephone orders.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked storefront, restock shelves, and pack customer orders to ensure timely delivery. Base pay is competitive with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Operating the cash register/credit card machine for in-store sales
• Miscellaneous retail activities including maintaining a safe and customer-friendly environment
• Restock shelves when needed to ensure optimum availability of products
• Pack and ship customer orders

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:
$15.15 - $25.44

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
