B&G Foods, Inc. in Vermont is seeking a store associate to greet customers, assist with purchases, and keep a clean, well-stocked storefront. You will help manage in-store and telephone orders and support a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with needs. The role may involve packing and shipping customer orders and ensuring accurate transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Greeting customers and assisting them with purchasing merchandise in a retail environment as well as helping to maintain a clean and well-stocked storefront.

• Operating the cash register/credit card machine for in-store sales as well as telephone orders.
• Miscellaneous retail activities including maintaining a safe and customer-friendly environment.
• Greeting customers and offering assistance.
• Restock shelves when needed to ensure optimum availability of products.
• Pack and ship customer orders.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $15.15 - $25.44

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
