The role emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience through needs-based recommendations and friendly service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate a computerized POS system.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent as minimum requirement.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change for customers.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner and provide information or direction.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Replenish shelves and keep area clean and stocked per guidelines.
• Maintain pricing and signage and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Follow company policies and procedures to provide a legendary customer experience.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and general duties as assigned.
