Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver friendly, world-class customer service on the sales floor. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, manage replenishment, and help shoppers make informed buying decisions while promoting membership programs.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. The position emphasizes product knowledge, accurate POS transactions, and maintaining a well-stocked, inviting store

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and offering help
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers
• Replenish shelves and maintain pricing and signage
• Operate the Point of Sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and store promotions
• Perform other duties as assigned
