Pirates Voyage - Panama City is seeking a dynamic Gift Shop Lead who can greet guests, process transactions on a POS, and keep merchandise stocked and organized. You may assist with greeting, face painting, and bartending duties as needed, with cross-training across departments.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a valid ABC permit, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will train and supervise team members while upholding safety and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests as they enter the gift shop and inform them of products.
• Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including payment collection.
• Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in the gift shop.
• Answer questions related to the show.
• Assist with cleaning duties in the gift shop and bar area.

• Assist Merchandise Manager with inventory counts and receiving and with POs.
• Train employees and direct work, resolve conflicts and uphold safety policies.
• Must be flexible to help in other areas/departments as requested by management.

Ahoy Mateys! Have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people? Pirates Voyage is seeking friendly, fun, and high-energy individuals to work in the gift shop as gift shop Lead.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they enter the gift shop, inform them of the products.
• Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payment.
• Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in gift shop accordingly.
• Be prepared to answer questions related to the show.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed in the gift shop and the bar area.
• The gift shop position may require cross-training for greeting, face painting, and bartending duties.
• Bartending experience and guest services experience preferred (can be taught if no prior experience)
• Will assist the Merchandise Manager with inventory counts and receiving
• Will assist the Merchandise Manager with receiving POs
• Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and conflicts.
• Follow all safety and compliance policies and ensure compliance of all employees.
• Must help in other areas/departments are requested by management.

• Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and always maintain a professional business relationship.
• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.
• Will have to be flexible with working holidays.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid ABC permit
• Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

• Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
