Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a salesperson in a hospital gift shop or similar retail setting.
• Ability to work well with staff and volunteers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a boutique-level experience.
• Process and display merchandise, including pricing and labeling.
• Greet patients and staff, maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments securely.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and attractive displays.
• Monitor inventory and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Lead daily store operations during opening/closing and report issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Sales Associates.
• Generate sales and inventory reports for management.
