Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. invites a friendly Sales Associate to join the Gift Shop team. You will deliver a boutique-level customer experience, greet patients and visitors, process transactions at the POS, and maintain attractive product displays across a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and professionalism are required.
• Ability to greet and assist patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and staff with courtesy and discretion.
• Effective oral, written, and computational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in the hospital Gift Shop.
• Deliver a boutique-level experience by warmly welcoming every patient, visitor, employee, and guest.
• Process and display merchandise; handle receiving, pricing, labeling, and stocking.
• Operate the POS system to complete sales, including cards, Apple Pay, and payroll deductions.
• Maintain neat, fully stocked, visually appealing displays and organized stockroom.
• Lead daily store operations and assist with opening/closing procedures and reporting.
