Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail and guest services operations during posted hours.
• Supervise staff, schedule, and train; manage timesheets with payroll.
• Plan and manage merchandise assortments and inventory to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist with registrations and services.
