Qualifications

• One year of progressive retail merchandising or management experience, including seasonal buying and vendor relations.
• Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS/inventory systems preferred.
• Education matches the role; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail and guest services operations and staffing to meet business hours.
• Plan and manage merchandise assortments, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Source products, negotiate with vendors, and maintain inventory controls.
• Develop and monitor budgets, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent Hudson Gardens publicly.
